Since each property has unique characteristics and assignment conditions, price is determined on a case-by-case basis. For reference, a majority of assignments fall into the ranges below:
Appraisal Report (Standard commercial report, narrative): $1,750-$2,500
Restricted Report (Brief, narrative): $900-$1,400
Single Family/Condo: $500-$700
2-4 Family: $600-$750
